I come to my work through a long relationship with living systems: plants, places, people, and the quiet intelligence that holds them together.

Professional Background

My professional background spans public horticulture, landscape architecture, farming, and cooking. Together, these fields taught me how environments shape behavior, how nourishment is both practical and sacred, and how care is most powerful when it is attentive and well-timed. This work with land and food continues to inform how I think about families, homes, and early childhood environments.

Today

I work as an administrator and parent education facilitator at Clementine Montessori in Philadelphia, PA, supporting families and educators in the earliest years of life. My role sits at the intersection of operations, relationship-building, and pedagogy, holding structure so that growth, curiosity, and trust can flourish.

My work is grounded in Montessori principles and ongoing study. I am a Certified Postpartum Doula through the Center for Guided Montessori Studies and a current member of the Center for Guided Montessori Studies Infant–Toddler (0–3) Graduate cohort.

Personal Life

I am in recovery, a path that has profoundly shaped my capacity for presence, humility, and deep listening. I am a devoted student of Swamini Shraddhananda Saraswati, and my spiritual practice informs how I move through the world, with steadiness, discernment, and reverence for transformation. Creative writing through personal narrative is another essential thread in my life, offering a way to make meaning, stay honest, and remain in dialogue with what is unfolding.

At the heart of my work is a belief that care is an environment we build, slowly, intentionally, and in relationship.

Milk + Earth exists to hold space for families in the tender days, weeks, and months after birth, offering steady, compassionate presence through nourishment, parent education, and thoughtfully designed environments, honoring the bond between parent and child and the spaces that hold their becoming.

Mission

Milk + Earth envisions a world where families are held in the postpartum period not in isolation, but in community. Where collective care, shared wisdom, and thoughtfully prepared environments support parents to feel nourished, capable, and deeply connected as early life unfolds in rhythm with the body, the home, and the earth.
